Leadership Workshop

For empowering young female adolescents of a JJ colony a community youth club initiative was introduced. In this program a leadership workshop of the female club members was organized. Multiple interesting sessions were designed to engage and exhort the participants during the workshop. The aim of the workshop was to explore participant’s minds, identify their qualities and develop leadership qualities and vision amongst them. All 24 participants were girls studying in standard 10th to 12th. with the exception of some participants from colleges too.
